Fundraising

How can you help the PTSO raise money for Bull Run Middle School? As you see from the list below, there are a multitude of ways!

Year-round Fundraising:  Scrip Gift Card Program

  • Giant Foods - Register your Giant Bonus Bucks card online or at the store and designate Bull Run Middle School as your school of choice (Code: #04375).
  • Bloom – Register your Bloom card and designate Bull Run Middle School as your school of choice (Code: #01230).
  • Harris Teeter – Register your Harris Teeter VIC card and designate Bull Run Middle School as your school of choice (Code: #6869).
  • Box Tops for Education – Collect them regularly from packaged foods and send them in to the BRMS front office. BRMS receives $.10 (ten cents) per valid Box Top.
  • Five Below (Gainesville) – Shop at Five Below (located near Sports Authority) any Saturday or Sunday and they will donate 10% of your purchase to the PTSO. (You must download the Five Below flyer and present it with your purchase).
  • Gift Card Program – Purchase gift cards from the PTSO before you go shopping! Each gift card has a different percentage contribution. To see what gift cards are available and/or the contribution amount, please visit www.glscrip.com. When you know what you want to order, please see BRMS Gift Cards for information on ordering.
  • Spirit Nights – Each month, the PTSO sponsors a spirit event at a local restaurant; these businesses then donate a portion of the proceeds from the event to Bull Run Middle School. It’s a fun and easy way to support BRMS!
    September 13     – Papa John’s Pizza (will donate 20%, no voucher necessary, just mention BRMS)
    October 11 – Uno Chicago Grill
    November 8 – Buffalo Wild Wings
    December - TBA
    January 10 – Chick-fil-A (5-8:00pm, will donate 20%, voucher needed)
    February 14 -  Brooklyn Brothers Pizza (need voucher, 10-20% depending sales)
    March 13 – Buffalo Wild Wings
    April 10 – NY Pizza Margherita (voucher not needed)
    May 8 - Spirit Night at El Vaquero West

    EVERY WEEKEND (SAT & SUN) ALL SCHOOL YEAR: Five Below

  • PTSO Membership – A one-time membership fee of $12 per family will be put to good use for the school/children. To join the PTSO, please pick up a membership form at the school office or print a Membership Options Form from the website.
  • Verizon Velocity – As part of Verizon’s Velocity Fundraiser, Bull Run Middle School can earn up to $65 on a qualified Verizon Triple Freedom FiOS order. There is a special number to call to participate, so make sure to see our Verizon Velocity Flyer for details!
